When I go to a new Pizza restaurant, I always order the same thing. Large Pizza half pepperoni half cheese. A cheese pizza will let me know three things. The crust tells me how much they care about quality, the sauce lets me know if they care enough to make their own sauce, and the cheese tells me if they play it safe with just mozzarella if they innovative to try other cheeses or combination of cheeses. The pepperoni half tells me about the quality of their toppings. nd the last criteria is how does it taste the next morning right out of the refrigerator.
